Our decades old collection of porcelain and furniture originates from International Art Properties, one of the west coast's most renowned artwork importers. IAP has been bringing Asian Art to the San Francisco Bay Area, selling high quality pottery and furniture for more than 40 years.

IAP found great success, with hundreds of satisfied customers who grew the business. As the company has evolved and pursued different markets, the remaining accumulation of beautiful artwork has remained untouched. This website is dedicated to making the collection available once more.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped up to one week (7 days) after placing your order.

Shipping

All products shipped via UPS Ground or Freight depending on size of the item. Tracking information is provided upon purchase. All item weights are rounded to the nearest whole number for shipping.

Returns

All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed, it is considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligible Refund Conditions:

Damaged Upon Arrival: If your porcelain product arrives in a state where it is completely shattered or has chips larger than 2 inches, you are eligible for a refund.

Immediate Action Required: To be eligible for a refund, you must refuse the pallet upon arrival from the freight carrier if you observe any visible damage upon receipt. Do not sign the BOL until you have inspected the products.

Steps for Refund Claim:

Refusal of Delivery: If the package shows signs of damage, you must refuse the delivery at the time it arrives. This ensures that the carrier returns the product to us in its damaged state.

Documentation: You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage and any relevant details about the condition of the package upon delivery.

Refund Processing: Once we receive confirmation of the damage and the product is returned, we will process your refund as promptly as possible.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

Accepted Deliveries: If you accept the delivery and later discover any damage, we will not be able to process a refund.

Crazing and other minor factory flaws such as surface scratches, grinding marks, kiln flaws, and stilt pulls are consistent with handmade porcelain and are not eligible for a refund.
